A Real Estate agents in my area told me that my location was popular in Airbnb for patients that come for hospital treatment,  or families of hospital patients. I am close to 4 hospitals I think and for the security and freedom in my estate. I will appreciate any one can take time and give me some constructive criticism. What can I fix or do to start getting guests.

Did you looked at the amount of views (menu "insight", section "conversion") ?

If not much views reasons can be:

- the listing is not easy to find

- there is not much demand in your area

- there are (too) many compatitors in your area

The listing offers a 20% discount for first 3 bookings, so it is very affordable

The listing is in the search system:

and many dates are bookable.

A disadvantage could be you do not offer "essentials"

Which most guest booking a room will expect !

@Mercedes497  I agree with Emiel- it seems you don't provide essentials like soap, toilet paper, towels and bedding?

If that was an oversight, you should make sure to check that off in the amenities.
