IRS tax form

I kept receiving a 'failed' IRS email on  form W-9.

I have corrected it more than 10 times and they kept rejecting it.

They said the information I filled does not match the records they have in file.

I  called Airbnb support, and they could not help either.

I am so frustrated, can anyone help me please.

This is usually related to a difference in legal name, address on file with the IRS and what you have entered on Airbnb. I would check your last tax return and see what name/address the IRS has on file for your SSN or Tax ID number. If you can't determine why there is a problem, then contact Airbnb.
