Great to see you're looking to improve your income — that's something many of us in business constantly work on!

One of the key things that helped some of my clients (I'm in the business brokerage field) was refining their offering based on guest feedback, improving photos and descriptions, and testing pricing strategies during low and high seasons.

If you're hosting on Airbnb, maybe explore co-hosting options too — it can bring in additional income without needing another property.

Also, sometimes outside perspective helps a lot — so Elisa's suggestion about getting a listing critique is a great idea!
