Im considering expanding to Indianapolis, IN with a few units I currently host in Atlanta. Can anyone who currently host there give me any pros & cons? Also, is a short term rental permit required?

What an exciting project! Have you managed to find more information since your post, to help you decide whether or not to proceed? It might be useful going forward to check if there's a local Host Club near you, as Hosts in your area could advise further on these kind of questions. 🙂
