Hello- I’m looking for feedback on what a reasonable per day discount would be for an inoperable hot tub. The total amount paid by the guest was $2k.

It's problematic as it could be the main reason someone books your house. Like booking a house with pool but not being able to do more than look at it. So yes, how many nights?
