Specifically, I would appreciate clarification on the following points:

1. Can a professional host terminate their listing at any time?
2. Are there any costs associated with signing up or maintaining a listing as a professional?
3. Considering that my business operates as a private château, is there any specific designation or additional requirement I should be aware of?

I haven't heard the term 'professional' host and don't know how that is different from a normal host @Doriane29 

1. Yes you can delete the listing at any time but if you cancel when you have accepted bookings you will be fined for each booking you cancel .

2. you would need to do your own market research and find out whether you need an STR licence, specialist insurance and to meet any other business requirements- again not sure what you mean by 'professional'.
