Insights on guests/nights/prices in the area

Hi everybody,

I'm considering starting to host but I don't know if it would be a smart decision (would it pay off).

So is there a way on Airbnb to see any data about other properties in the area, how many nights are booked each month, when is the high/low season, prices, etc.

If you know any other resource that could help with this I would be grateful if you share.

Airdna gives lot of statistics: https://www.airdna.co

I assume you know what the low/high season is in your region, otherwise search for listings on Airbnb in your region and check the pricing.
