Insurance for AirBnb Hosts

Good morning, AirBnb hosts.  I am an insurance broker who handles homeowners insurance for Airbnb hosts nationwide.  I continually look to improve my practice and make sure that I am offering the best products to protect our hosts. What are some of the biggest issues that hosts face regarding insurance?  Feel free to share your thoughts as I am here to serve you and I want to make sure that I am providing the best service and products that I can.
