Insurance for Airbnb Hosts

Hey everyone, I'm looking for advice on which company provides the best insurance for airbnb hosts who partly stay at their homes and partly rent it out on sites like airbnb.

Has anyone had experiences with insurance claims to share or found partiuclar things to look for when choosing a policy?

I have found a few companies to choose from including, Terri Scheer, BJS Insurance Brokers, QBE and trident and wondered if anyone has advice on this.

@Chee-Yan0 I can't help you with Australian companies but we found that a specialist broker was the best way to find reasonably priced insurance. They seem to be able to access policies not available to buy direct.
