Do you have to take out specific insurance for Air BNB properties in the UK?

@Lyndsay27 Absolutely YES. If your house burnt down or a guest claimed injury a standard policy will not cover you and you will be massively exposed. We use JL Morris insurance brokers who seem to be very competitive.
