I would like to start hosting. Have a question regarding an insurance of the property and utilities. Is existing special airbnb insuracne or is it ok with usual home insurance. What is your experience, what would you recomment,? I have a property in Greece, Athens.

I don't know about Greece, but in the USA I advise Hosts not to rely on Airbnb Aircover. I always suggest they purchase their own short term rental insurance policies. Typical homeowner's policies will NOT cover running an Airbnb as that is considered a commercial activity by insurance companies. You would need to get a specific policy for short term rental coverage. You can speak to an independent insurance broker for information on insurance companies in your area that offer it. It is more expensive than typical homeowner's policies, as there is more risk.
