Internal name not showing up on listing page in the App or on the messages

If you have several listings and they all share the same information you cannot tell which is which on the new App listings page. They removed the internal name from that page and made very difficult if not impossible to tell which unit a guest is staying in on the message page. 

If you have one listing you should be ok, if you are like me and you run many listings this new release has been less than great. Actually it has been VERY difficult and is making it hard to manage listings and guests. 

 

Please Fix this!

Recently, some fellow Hosts in our community shared a similar concern, and Airbnb has updated the app to show the internal name of the listing. You can find more information here: Airbnb 2024 Summer Release: Your questions answered

 

To help update the app, I suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Log out.
  • Close all browser windows and tabs.
  • Open a new window or tab.
  • Clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
  • If you're using the app, delete and reinstall it.
  • Log back in using your account email.

I’ve tried that various times and doesn’t come up if I search listing by internal name
