Hello,
My name is Karlis, I am from Latvia and this is my very first year in the Airbnb hosting journey. I’m excited to join this community and to learn from all of you who already have more experience!
I rent out my property as a legal entity, and at the moment I’ve run into some confusion with invoices. I can’t seem to find the invoices I need in the Airbnb system, and since I operate as a company, these invoices are essential for me.
Could someone please guide me on where exactly I can find the invoices, or how to make sure they are issued correctly? Any advice or tips from your own experience would be really appreciated.
Looking forward to connecting with you all and learning more from this community!
Warm regards,
Karlis

For tax purposes the summary information in the Earnings Report should usually be sufficient (Menu, Earnings, scroll down to Earnings reports).
Each booking also has an invoice in PDF format if you click the booking and scroll down (the guest can also access their invoice from their side).

Hi @Prime-Realty-Group-SIA0 😊,
Thank you for asking this here!
Have you been able to find the summary information as Shelley suggested?
Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need any further support on this!

Hi @Elisa , I need to access the airbnb invoices for commissions. I am zero rated for VAT therefore it is a requirement to obtain the airbnb invoice so that I can pay the "in country VAT" on that anount. In Portugal it is called Modelo 30. Can you help? This feature used to be available but I can no longer find it
Have a look at the useful reply above your post from Shelly which answers your question @Chris24702 😀

Hi Karlis, welcome to hosting and to the community!
Invoices can be a bit tricky in the beginning. You’ll find them in your Transaction History (go to “Menu → Earnings → Transaction History”). From there, you can download the payout invoices Airbnb issues automatically for each reservation. If you need them for your accounting, look specifically for the ones marked as Airbnb Service Fee invoice (issued by Airbnb Ireland).
Since you’re renting as a company, I’d also suggest checking under Account Settings → Taxes, where you can add your company details and VAT number (if applicable). That way, Airbnb will generate invoices correctly in your company’s name.
If something still doesn’t match what your accountant needs, you can always contact Airbnb Support and request a custom invoice copy—they usually help quickly once they know it’s for legal/accounting purposes.
Good luck on your hosting journey, Karlis! It gets easier with time.
