大家好,我正在管理自己的房源,想做促销,比如原本价格是150,现在想促销到100。我已经在日历里面手动调整了价格,但是在房源展示页没有看到原价划掉、显示现价的效果。请问需要怎么设置,才能让客人看到是限时优惠?需要开通什么功能吗?谢谢大家!
What am I missing (deleted swear words). I have an urgent question about a reservation and need clarification for what Airbnb is doing on its end. But good grief, three screens later I still can't access a phone number. What happened to dedicated superhost support?
Anyone got a number I can use directly. Tired of spending my billable client hours searching for elusive Airbnb support.

Thank you. Just had a long talk with CS John E on the chat. It was awful. If this doesn't get fixed I'll try calling one of the numbers. The current "contact us" on our profiles only allows as "chat" as a function.
I am so mad right now about the insulting way the CS handled this I can't see straight.
@Christine615 I think you're right! I had to contact CS yesterday about a calendar glitch (guest cancels reservation but the dates were still blocked on my calendar, saying I was the one who canceled.) I spent about 25 minutes trying to find a way to contact them. I couldn't find anything! I finally scoured my e-mail to look for an old Superhost priority number from years ago. Luckily, I was able to get through but by that time the issue resolved itself. Thank goodness I didn't have a real time-sensitive issue!
What the heck is going on?! I thought Airbnb was boasting about how easy they were making this process?
Not sure if this number still works for others, but I have utilized

(Only thing updated recently is they added an additional robot voice to ask a question instead of pushing your right through)
This "blocking" issue has been coming up recently. It is the "multicalender' which shows dates blocked and cancelled by the host. It even happended this week after a guest only retracted a booking request. After a whlle (can be 15 minutes !) the blocking disappears. On the "normal" listing calender the dates are not shown as blocked. Seems to me the multicalender is not updated as quickly as the normal calender does or it is a glitch.
@Emiel1 Yes, I am noticing that more often now. I use the multi-calendar for everything (I don't bother with any other screen.) The delays are pretty annoying and seem like it would alarm a lot of people. Maybe that's why Airbnb removed easy contact access because they were getting so many calls from hosts?
I had one chat this week with Airbnb CS about such a "blocking" .
You feel like a fool, as during the chat the issue disapears !
BTW Name was John E, same name OP chatted with !
Probably the only real person left in CS ;>)
