Is August a bad month for Airbnb in Berlin?

Hi,

Is August (and overall Winter) bad times for Airbnb Business in Airbnb? 

Requests were a lot since 2 months, declined sharply for August. And I also want to hear from experienced hosts, what is the demand during winter in Berlin? Do you see a sharp decline?
