The AirBnb rental aggregator does not have the funds to pay homeowners in Montenegro for arrivals already made. The company stopped paying at the end of March and promised to resume payments no earlier than the beginning of June, but this did not happen. The company's financial problems began during the pandemic and worsened after the bankruptcy of the company's branch in China. The company's European office may be separated from a more financially sound American one in order to prevent creditors from going bankrupt the entire company. We recommend that homeowners working with AirBnb cancel their reservations before the season and accept payment from guests in other ways, you will not be able to withdraw money from AirBnb. In order to avoid financial problems, we do not recommend travelers to book through AirBnb, it is advisable to use the services of competitors, @Quincy @Sybe @Stephanie @Catherine-Powell
@Iurii13 I am sorry to hear you have a problem collecting the payments from Airbnb. In Croatia, we don't and didn't have such a problem. Did you talk with other hosts in your area to find out if they received their payments? If they did, then you should check if the problem is with your bank ( is it owned by Russians? For example Sberbank was), or your card expired or you didn't set up your payout (not payment!) method correctly?
Good afternoon, thank you for your communication. I am talking about those cases when citizens of Montenegro are not paid for Payoneer cards and other European cards. Thus, no payments are made to any of the owners in our region. Regardless of citizenship and political beliefs
I have the exact same problem, Airbnb hasn't paid out for 3 months. The support service promised to close the debts by June 10, but now it will not name the date. If the company does not pay for 3 months - is it a mistake or the company has no money? If there is no money, then it means bankruptcy
@Iurii13 Your original post is laughably wrong and frankly rather **. Yes Airbnb have payment glitches and are also often getting confused as to which hosts are Russian but they are nowhere near bankruptcy and suggesting they are is not overly helpful to anyone.

I hope that we will wait for an official response from Airbnb, and I hope that the information I received from the Montenegro community is fashionable to call erroneous. I also want to point out that we have refugees from Ukraine, by the way, how many did you accept? We are 20 people. And we now have debts for utility bills, the work is up. I really hope that all this is nonsense
@Iurii13if you host people from Ukraine and they paid with Ukrainian bank account then this may be a problem.
Also, when guests book for more than a month then Airbnb is responsible just for the first month payment. After that, if the guest doesn't pay you have to either collect money by yourself or kick him out.
Did you contact customer support and if you did, what they have said?
Aubnb has not paid me for 3 months - is this a mistake or the company has no money? If there is no money, then it means bankruptcy
@Anton5285 Airbnb didn't bankrupt because hosts from other countries are receiving their payouts.
@Stephanie @Sybe could you find out what is going on?
I think the problems are still hiding in small countries, such as Montenegro. When the money runs out completely, problems will begin in large countries.
Email from AirBnb support dated May 20th, where they promised me payouts by June 10th. That did not happen. Your employee took responsibility for this and I continued to host and your debt increased. If your employee hadn't written that they guaranteed payouts, then I would have closed the booking for AirBnb customers. Was it a special scam to take more money from me?
Hi there @Anton5285, thanks for sharing the issue that you're experiencing. I will make sure to pass this on to the team as well for you.
