Is there a formal channel to connect with local Superhosts to offer Painting Services for property upgrades & new hosts?

My family recently got our house operational and our superhost was happy that I was able to jump in and give the interior a fresh coat of paint. 

Now I have a friend that has services like painting or repair to offer and I was wondering if there is any mechanism that provide local services to offer?  My superhost is not aware of anything.

No there isn't . If you want to market your decorating business to STR owners @William2585  invest in marketing to reach hosts you've identified as your target market.
