Hello. First time poster here. Long time superhost with a few listings. 

Is there a simple, free tool to summarize bookings from multiple listings?

I’m looking for a super simple way to view a summary of my multiple calendars. I just want to see my check outs/ins every morning and the following days.

The Airbnb app makes you view each calendar separately, and their multi calendar in the browser is not great on mobile. You can click "checking out" and "arriving soon" to see what's happening today, but not for tomorrow.

I just want a clean, formatted summary of all upcoming bookings, for all calendars, on one single page. For quick viewing. Nothing more.

I couldn’t find anything like this for free, so i was thinking of building it and making it public. Only the iCal data would be used, so I should be able to keep it free. Target audience would be people like me with 2-10 listings.

Would this be useful to anyone else? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

We keep all bookings and relevant notes in a spreadsheet, one sheet per property, then a third sheet with shows the two properties together. It's really useful.

@René-and-Karen0  some PMS's have some sort of capability to view bookings in a similar fashion the way you outlined.

I saw on your profile you have 6 listings currently. Are you trying to scale your portfolio? Do you currently use a PMS to manage your listings?

I'm actually using Rental Summary com to stay organized now. Just for simple summaries of upcoming checkouts and checkins. Nothing fancy.  Let me know what you think of it.

@René-and-Karen0  thanks for sharing that recommendation. Yes, it is very basic, but I guess it does do the job. How long have you been using it?

Are you looking to explore platforms that might be more intuitive/robust/capable? There are awesome tools to leverage/tap into that can help track the tasks associated with check ins/check outs, tying expenses to those, etc.

Not long. It's new. Rental Summary is all I need right now to see what's coming up.

I have actually built an app with these features. It has a multicalendar in the mobile app where you can see all your listing reservations on one page and also a summary home page that lists your check ins and check outs on that day. You can get set up in just a minute and there's a free trial for 30 days. We are going to have a free tier as well with limited features and multicalendar will be included in the free tier. I don't think I can share it here but you can search for Prohost to find it.

@Bilguun2 The only thing I found under that name is an advanced AI tool that costs $10 per listing per month...

Rental Summary works good for me and it's free.
