Is there a way to add an approved late check out fee?

I have a guest that requested to book our home and requested a late check out the Sunday her family would be booking, she asked for a 2pm check out vrs 10am check out , is there a way to approve the booking and add an approved late check out fee in the booking?

There is no option for "late check out fee"

You can change the reservation ("change"option) and amend the price, or charge extra via the resolution centre. I understand this guest wants a late check-out because the new guests arriving are her family ? Maybe just let her stay, but mention you have to prepare the house for her family while she is there ?

Thanks for the response!  These are great options!  I also was reading about declining the booking and then sending a special offer after with the extra fee in there for the late check out.  Any potential issues with that?

@Scott1336 Although it's not a bad thing to do when neccessary, it's best to avoid declining booking requests as much as possible. The suggestion to change the booking and adding on the extra charge for the guest is the easy option. The guest then simply has to accept it.

@Emiel1 @Scott1336 requests for funds through the resolution center are not subject to additional Airbnb service fees, while price increases via a special offer are. The simplest way to handle this is to request the late check-out fee in the resolution center.
