You will only receive a cleaning fee if you have set one as part of your pricing. To see how your payout is made up, click the reservation and scroll down. Below the booking details you will see details of "guest paid" and "host payout".
Yes, you can easily find out how much of your payout is from cleaning fees in Airbnb's transaction history. Here’s how you can do it:
Go to your Airbnb account:
Sign in to Airbnb on your desktop or app.
Access your transaction history:
On the desktop, click on your profile picture at the top right and select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
In the "Payments & payouts" section, select "Transaction history."
Filter or search for payouts:
In your transaction history, you can filter by a specific date range or reservation to see the breakdown of payments.
Click on individual reservations:
For each reservation, click on the payout details. You'll see a breakdown of the total payout, including the cleaning fee, nightly rate, and other charges.
Export the data (optional):
If you need to analyze this over a period, you can download your transaction history by selecting "Export to CSV" (available in the desktop version). This will allow you to tally up cleaning fees across multiple reservations.
I hope this helps.
All the best,
