Is there a way to have an airbnb account in different countries with different co-hosts?

I want to rent part of my parents house in another country, but I don't want this together with the one I have with my wife.

What are my options?

@Cesar39 technically you are only allowed one account. You could make it your parents account and either just share their password or be a co host to them.
