I'd like to rent out my cottage for the entire winter season (Dec to April) but. can't find a straightforward way of setting a fixed price for this period. The custom price per month won't work. Any thoughts?
@Mathieu96 I would use another listing platform. Airbnb is not really suitable, whatever they say, to long term rentals as you will have no security deposit.
ask your local estate agent what is the appropriate price, and let him let it for you, you'll probably have more security and it would be cheaper in the long run, as normally the utility bills are paid by the tenant.
There no way I'd do a long term tenancy on Airbnb, for warned is foretold.
