Apologies if this is posted twice but this site is not very good either for using or getting answers. I have to display the Italian CIN number anywhere I advertise my property. This is very easy on Booking.com but I can't find where I do it on here. Can anyone help please?

Ciao @Simon4820 , from your listing click on this sign
this page will come up
Click on “Regulations” and follow the steps
There are also the steps to obtain the CIN if you don’t have it
@Angela1056 Ah now! I don't have a regional registration number - I'm not even sure what that is!?!
@Rebecca2369 , when you first put your accommodation on online platforms you must ask permission from the Municipality, Region, Questura ecc. and you are assigned a number that you should have already entered in the ad. When you apply for the CIN with this number you’ll get it immediately.
Oh, that's strange, I have a listing but we're never asked for a number. Although I've had the listing for a while so maybe it wasn't required back then. I do of course want to comply, I don't suppose you know where I can look to find out more about that? If not, I'll try some googling!
Amazing, thank you
Hi @Rebecca2369,
I am happy you found a solution in the community! 😊
I also wanted to share a Community Center Tip 👉 If you'd like to tag members in your comments, for them to get a notification of your message — simply press on @ in your keyboard, and the name of the person you are trying to reach should pop up.
This will ensure they get notified that you left a comment to their response!

How did you manage to register your guests on Alloggiatiweb? This is mandatory in Italy (TULPS art. 109). All guests must register within 24 hours of arrival on Alloggiatiweb (6 hours if they stay only one night) and there are penalty implications if you don’t @Rebecca2369
For the last few years Angela the property has been rented via a villa company so they have done everything. We are taking it back over for next year so I'm bringing my old Airbnb profile back to life!
Please can you help me I am trying to get a CIN for my property but just seem to be going round and round in circles! I have obtained a Codice Identificativo Struttura (CIS) and a Codice Identificativo Regionale (CIR) but I need a CIN and just can't seem to be able to get to right site. Any help gratefully received. Thank you
Ciao @Susan6023 , if you are already in possession of your CIR then you should connect to the BDSR (Banca Dati Strutture Ricettive) of the Italian Ministry of Tpourism
https://www.ministeroturismo.gov.it/banca-dati-strutture-ricettive/
Click on “Ottieni CIN” and follow the instructions
You have to enter with your SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale) or CIE (Carta Identità Elettronica) or login credentials. If you have none of these verifications you can apply for registration to obtain your login credentials
Then you must fill out this form
Submit it and wait until you get the email with your verification codes, maybe it takes some time…then follow the steps explained above.
Please let me know if it works for you…
Hi I have looked at the Airbnb site. I’ve been to their help desk. First you need a local registration. No idea how to get that and Airbnb could not help. Once that is done apparently you can apply through the ministry of tourism. I’ve looked at the process on that site and not easy. Any clues anyone. There must be people out there UK residents who are having similar issues.
Ciao @Timothy682 , I saw you listing is in Piedmont, so this guide could be helpful. As the owner of your accommodation you have to register at the Municipalità first and on ROSS1000 to get your CIR and only with CIR you can apply for the CIN, following the steps I explained to @Susan6023
If you are not able to register at the municipality because you need SPID and you don’t have an Italian ID and you are not an Italian resident, then you should look for someone who can do this for you like a property manager.
