Italy CIN Registration

Italy CIN Registration

Apologies if this is posted twice but this site is not very good either for using or getting answers. I have to display the Italian CIN number anywhere I advertise my property. This is very easy on Booking.com but I can't find where I do it on here. Can anyone help please?

Ciao @Rebecca2369 , it depends on whether you already had the regional registration number. Having this I got my CIN immediately and the same day I received an email with the declaration and the data in pdf.

@Angela1056 Ah now! I don't have a regional registration number - I'm not even sure what that is!?!

@Rebecca2369 , when you first put your accommodation on online platforms you must ask permission from the Municipality, Region, Questura ecc. and you are assigned a number that you should have already entered in the ad. When you apply for the CIN with this number you’ll get it immediately.

Oh, that's strange, I have a listing but we're never asked for a number. Although I've had the listing for a while so maybe it wasn't required back then. I do of course want to comply, I don't suppose you know where I can look to find out more about that? If not, I'll try some googling!

How did you manage to register your guests on Alloggiatiweb? This is mandatory in Italy (TULPS art. 109). All guests must register within 24 hours of arrival on Alloggiatiweb  (6 hours if they stay only one night) and there are penalty implications if you don’t @Rebecca2369

For the last few years Angela the property has been rented via a villa company so they have done everything. We are taking it back over for next year so I'm bringing my old Airbnb profile back to life!

Hi Applied 16th September and not heard nothing, getting frustrated and worried

Hello Angela and Community,

I have tried several times to get a CIN for my house in Tuscany and each time encounter bugs and roadblocks and have been unable to proceed. Has anyone here been successful (preferrably in Tuscany as applying from here is different than elsewhere in Italy) and willing to walk me through the steps?

Thank you.

Margot

Ciao @Margot286 , first of all you must proceed to register your tourist rental at this link

https://turismo5firenze.regione.toscana.it/zul/locazioni/anagrafica_locazioni_toscana.xhtml

but probably you need SPID, PEC and electronic signature and if you are not resident in Italy it’s quite impossible to get these authentications.

Maybe you can ask for info at this email at the SUAP of Barga:

f.francesco@comunedibarga.it

Hi Angela,
Thank you for your reply. I am already fully registered for the three declarations that need to be done for each guest:
1) The Questura: https://alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it/PortaleAlloggiati/
2) Local tourist tax

3) ISTAT
I am not an Italian resident so don’t have a SPID, PEC or electronic signature. The house is in Tuscany, so my understanding is that I cannot get a CIR.
I would be grateful for any further guidance you can provide. I will also contact the person at comune di Barga. It looks like my concerted effort at learning Italian is going to come to good use, yet again!
Thank you.
Warmly,

Margot

Hi @Margot286 , how did you manage to get registered for these declarations? You must already have an  Regional Certification Code (CIR) otherwise how did you get the verification codes from the Alloggiatiweb? Maybe it is somewhere reported or hidden in the email response you got when you registered! Otherwise I would ask especially for the CIR at the email I sent you.
