Airbnb customer service is a nightmare ... robotic ... generic replies with vague next steps ... reality is your case goes into a black hole ... no one anywhere is in a secret room working your case... what are other host platforms that people like i want to get rid of Airnb

I have not been paid either for current booking. I have called twice and pretty much told that a specialist will call me between now and my unexpected death from stress! There is nothing showing in transactions either. Airbnb, this is borderline theft.

Thanks for highlighting the problem with your payments showing in your Transaction History (for payouts July 18-20th), and I'm so sorry that you've had this problem.
The Payments team identified the issue and the good news is that it is now fixed. If you visit your Transaction History page you should now see the payment rescheduled and it will be on its way to you shortly.
Again, we are really sorry for the concern this has caused, and if you have any issues outside of this date range, please do let us know.
I am having this problem now. Guest is checking out after a three night stay and there is no payment and no record of it in future transactions.
It is September 12th and the glitch is not fixed. I spoke with Airbnb, apparently there are many people calling with missing payments and missing transaction records. So the missing transaction record is going to the transaction team and the missing payment is going to the payment team. No indication how long it will take to hear from them. Days? weeks? Months?
