After over 3 months of no payouts, i have contacted to Airbnb many times.
Our business has had no revenue and now will have to close.
We have no information about why the payments are not coming, we have provided all details.
The is no information on my airbnb, but when I call they say it says pending and to be patient.
IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 4 MONTHS! !!
I think there is an issue with the airbnb software but no one is looking into it properly.
I get told I will get a call back and nothing, or they do call and say they will escalate it, and someone will call back, and then nothing.
We have had so many guests come, and provided the service to them, and not been paid, as it stands its over £40,000 that is owed, and we have no money in the bank no to pay our bills and expenses.
