KYC Issue: Payouts Being Withheld

We are having the exact same situation as of Dec. 14th. No notice that our info needed updating, Airbnb just decided to withhold our payment. We have 5 listings with Airbnb & booked up with guests staying in our rentals without payment. What is the issue with Airbnb? You fulfill what they request then they have a second request, then a third. After they told us everything was verified. It's so ridiculous. To think we & our guests give them a payout & they endlessly harrass us & cannot figure a solution to anything is frankly deeply concerning.

I am having the same situation. Have you got it resolved? I am beyond frustrated because I have gotten a notice multiple times that all my documents are complete. And the issue is this law isn't even in effect anymore. And VRBO isn't doing this so??????? WTF? They realize they are committing a crime by withholding payments? There is no legal framework for them to withhold these payments. 

I'd appreciate an update if you have one .

I am the same. I uploaded my wife’s driving license. It now wants business verified but every link I press says I’m set to go and I can’t upload anything. I have called and messaged but no resolution and they are withholding money.

Sometimes this issues is your Co Host ID has not been verified, but Airbnb doesn't tell you that.

I would check with your Co Host.

Also, if you have a Bank Account that does not match your name as Host/Owner (bank account in business name), that can trigger a KYC issue with Airbnb.
