LLC OR LLP -UK

Hi my name is Sophia. I require some help please. I'm based in the UK, I and my sister are planning to do short term rentals we are stuck in either signing up for the LLC or the LLP. If you've got some success with this please do let us know which one to sign up for. We've gone through both and both have pros and cons, still stuck as we also don't wish to pay double the taxes necessary.

An accountant is probably best placed to advise on this @Sophia622 . Try and find one with STR experience.
