LLC requirement for Airbnb subleasing in Dubai

Hey there, I have heard from a top airbnb host who hosts 31 properties in Dubai. He has mentioned that now you need an LLC if you are not the owner of the unit and are subleasing it. Is this factual? If so, what is the source?

As I have heard from other sources that an LLC is only needed if you have less than 8 units. Please let me know ASAP as i am planning on starting 3-4 units on airbnb.
