Lack of transparency in just about everything including payment
Suddenly, I'm informed that the payment information I had provided is incorrect, therefore Aibnb won't be able to pay me. The app asks me to delete the payment info I had provided and replace it with a new and correct one! Outch! I've been receiving payments since day 1 , years ago, in this same account. I use it to pay and receive payments for just about everything every single day... and out of the blue Airbnb doesn't recognize it anymore.
Fine, I replace it. And yet, it doesn't recognize it. I do it all over again. Once more, they say it is wrong. I have payments from 3 different guests in 3 different time periods pending. The money customers payed is stuck. Airbnb keeps saying I must have provided something different than what the bank has as my info data. I try to see what information data Airbnb has registered to cross it with the bank one. The app doesn't show it, the help desk has no access to it, a different department at a different company that they don't know who or where has the info. So basically, it goes into a black hole.
I call and try to speak to someone who can help me figure this out, no one can, no one has last names, I can't speak to the supervisor, there is no official office in my country (Brazil) nor a legal representative... it is all hidden. Total lack of transparency, total lack of commitment with the customer, no one takes accountability, total embezzlers. To be a host (rent your house) through Airbnb, is to witness your money disappear into thin air.

It is ridiculous how they treat you.
But i guess there is a safety or possible fraud concern here and Airbnb try to eliminate it by asking you to re-enter your payout method, before you money really disappears in thin air.
