Leasing Agreement Form

Does Airbnb have a standard leasing form?  Our building is now requiring this, but before I begin my search for one, I thought I'd inquire here first.  Our building has launched a policy that states that all guests must sign a written agreement, and for a MINIMUM of 30 nights.  So here we go.

Hi Tom,

Did you ever come up with a solution on your question?  My building HOA is now asking for a written lease agreement with each guest.  I appreciate any help you can provide.

I would suggest you ask your lawyer to draft one for you based on your local laws @Tom41
