Hello @Alina1480 and @Elisa
Renting in Paris has become particularly tricky lately and so yes there are many things to do to be able to rent legally but first let me ask you if the listing (s) you're planning on hosting actually belong to you? This is not clear from your post.
If so, I imagine that this is a secondary home rather than your primary home?
If you want to rent in Paris (central Paris or outskirts?) you need to obtain a registration number from your town hall but you also have to convert a commercial dwelling to convert it into a long term housing as a means of "compensation " for renting an STR. So quite restrictive and costly as you can imagine and as a result there has been a drop in the number of of STR for Paris this year.
I would suggest contacting an accountant specialised in STR to determine your business status as an international host.
Here is a link that will explain the procedures specifically for Paris:

There are more and more controls being made now than ever before and hosts who do not comply are being fined as all our earnings on online platforms are being declared to the tax office. We have to indicate the Fiscal number (NIF) on the Airbnb listing that appears on our tax form.
Another link on the registration requirements but this may differ for you depending on where you pay your taxes but helpful nevertheless I think:

Good luck and keep us posted!
