I have an issue but not heard back as to a resolution. I have a 10% weekly discount and 20% monthly discount. This has always worked fine for me, but all of a sudden guests can book with a cumulative 30% discount!
I have prior booking where this was not the case so it appears to be an Airbnb error that needs to be rectified asap!
@Seivar0 I am guessing that you have the option whereby a guest gets a 10% discount for accepting the booking is non-refundable. If I am right then disable this setting as guests can still get refunded under the Extenuating Circumstances policy.
Thanks Mike. Actually I did not have this setting on. Airbnb were stumped as to what the cause is and it may have been a technical error.
