I want to start my Airbnb business, but I need the letter to present to a landlord. I found property!

@Rachel2365 what letter are you looking for? All you need is the written permission of a landlord to allow you to Airbnb their property. Do make sure you have done your research though as it is hard to make a profit when renting a property especially when you account for the insurance policies you will need.

thank you I will talk to the landlord! I know people that’s doing Airbnb and they all said it’s a letter you have to send over to the landlord to get permission. Since I’m seeing all the replies about just getting permission and not needing a letter. Let me know they lied
