Listing Help

I've been up and running for a week.  My suburban Houston listing has no bookings!  Any advice or suggestions on pricing changes or listing information tweaks?  Is this normal for the first week?   @Nicole2526

I think the price is on the high side but that’s not always bad. It’s a very nice house and you don’t want bargain hunters.

I don’t know who your target clients are but I would assume that it would be business travelers or families visiting relatives.

I wonder if part of the problem is your rental agency. I have heard bad things about them from both owners and guests, and if you look at their reviews they are very bad.

I wouldn’t rent anything managed by Evolve.

Here’s some information on Evolve:

Basically they are just squeezing in between you and Airbnb and skimming off the top of your income while not doing much for you.

We had a local management company like that for a couple of years and it was not worth it. We got rid of them and started over.
