Listing Suspended For No Reason

Airbnb suspended my listing for no reason and cannot seem to unsuspend it.  7 claims and BnB came back and said they could not find any wrong doing by us (owners) and the suspension department should be contacting us soon to get our listing back up.  How can BnB ruin someone's business and stop cash flow over nothing.  You would think they would talk to the owners first before shutting a listing down, it's absolutely ridiculous.  I don't understand how a billion dollar company can be this incompetent.  

Anyone else having this issue?
