Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an app to list my properties on multiple websites? I looked at lodgify, but it looks like installing that makes your hosting service fee go up to 15%, so that it is no longer split with guests. Does this happen with other multi-site listing apps? Does anyone know? Thank you!
Hi @Sophia645
It does look like Airbnb automatically switches to the Host only fee if you use a channel manager like Lodgify (unless most of your listings are in the countries indicated). Looks like your listings are all in Portugal, so I believe you would automatically be switched to the Host only fee when using a channel manager:
Host Only Fee Structure

With this structure, the entire fee is deducted from the Host payout. It’s typically 14–16%, though Hosts with Super Strict cancellation policies may pay more, and fees for monthly stays may be less. This fee is mandatory for traditional hospitality listings–such as hotels, serviced apartments, etc., as well as software-connected hosts (unless most of their listings are in the USA, Canada, the Bahamas, Mexico, Argentina, Taiwan, or Uruguay).

I also use a channel manager. When you have a channel manager, you cover all the associated fees. Guests no longer bear any fees; instead, you can adjust your prices to compensate.
Total price for the guest will be the same
