@Muhammad149 Your question isn't really clear. One isn't "better" than another. Some hosts manage their own listings, some use co-hosts or property managers, some people don't have any properties themselves, but only manage for others.
But no one should take on more properties than they can effectively manage well.
What's with that latest review you have- did you really charge the guest more in cash after she arrived? You will get delisted from Airbnb for that.
Also your listing isn't set up correctly. If you have 16 rooms to rent, you need 16 listings, one for each room. You don't list a private room for 16 guests. Right now I could book all 16 rooms for the price of one.
