Hello Dear Members!

I am new here and need your suggestions. Could you please tell me that is it good to be a property manager and managing almost 20 properties? Or one should manage his own 1-3 properties?

@Muhammad149  Your question isn't really clear. One isn't "better" than another. Some hosts manage their own listings, some use co-hosts or property managers, some people don't have any properties themselves, but only manage for others.

But no one should take on more properties than they can effectively manage well.

What's with that latest review you have- did you really charge the guest more in cash after she arrived? You will get delisted from Airbnb for that.

Also your listing isn't set up correctly. If you have 16 rooms to rent, you need 16 listings, one for each room. You don't list a private room for 16 guests. Right now I could book all 16 rooms for the price of one.

@Sarah977  Thank You for your kind information.

Honestly I did provide very cheap accommodation to guest and only once requested her to pay more as a favour but did not demanded from her.

About 16 Rooms

Sometime we get reservation for 9 guests or 13 guests. Will they prefer to book with a listing with 1 room or more rooms?

Once again thanks a lot.
