Liverpool demand rising?

Hi everyone

We have just purchased a beautiful 2-bed apartment next to Lime st station which we want to put on airbnb and booking.com.

I was just wondering what people's opinions where on current demand in this area for short term letting?  Is it still high?  and is it all year round?
