Hi, I'm very concerned with the strict and aggressive policies being pushed through to end short-term rentals in the Town of Southold.  Changes to the local law are set to take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.  The impact to local businesses is going to be detrimental.  I will be attending the public hearing slated for August 29th at 4:30pm in Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York, to make my opinion heard.  I highly advise any and all hosts in the Town of Southold to participate as well.
