 Does anyone know the fine for breaking the holiday let restrictions before they are relaxed?

What time were rules given out?

 

What time were they signed off in print?

 

Are they within the realms of the inter related pre existing International Human Rights Laws?

 

There's always "Grey areas" and Swiss cheese holes in laws.
