London flat let outside 90 days restrictions

Hello

is it possible to use Airbnb platform for medium term let (more than 3months) in addition to the short let which is restricted to maximum 90 days?

You can apply to your local council for planning permission for STR outside 90 days but I don't know any hosts who have been granted this @Yoko173

Sorry I misunderstood I think you can take three month bookings but check the STR regulations for London @Yoko173

Helen3.  Much appreciated.  Yes we are allowed to take medium term (3months +) bookings.  However, I am not certain whether I can take those through Airbnb  platform - does it have an algorithm to detect medium term stay and exclude those from the restriction for 90 days?
