Long-term list.

Hello how can I put my listing to 6 or 12 month.  If any one can help me to be hosting my place so when I'm out of town I don't have to worry with  my place.

Hi @Christy239

You can set up your Airbnb listing for 6 or 12-month stays by adjusting your availability settings to allow only long-term bookings.

- Go to your Airbnb listing settings

Navigate to Pricing & Availability

-  Under Trip Length, set the minimum stay to 180 days (for 6 months) or 365 days (for 12 months)

Offer a discount for long-term stays to attract guests looking for extended rentals. Ensure your pricing is competitive by checking similar listings in your area.

If you want someone to handle guest communication, check-ins, and maintenance you can hire a co-host or property manager who specialize Airbnb rentals.

Hope this helps.

If you want to do such a long term let,  I wouldn't do it through airbnb as they are likely to have tenancy rights.

let it as a long term tenancy with proper tenancy checks including credit checks/referencing etc  @Christy239

Long term Airbnb guests can cancel with one months notice.

Hi @Christy239 😊

Thank you for asking this question here!

I’m just checking to see if you’ve been able to set your listing.

Our hosts @Patricia2526 and @Helen3 have shared the best approach for doing that.

Do you need further help with this? Don’t hesitate to let us know!

Warm regards 🌻,
