Just an idea but you have many excellent reviews as a quick get away.  The easiest thing to do is develop the known desires not risk trying to create a market.

Length of days is not alway the answer.  I noticed things your guests remarked on very  positively your goody baskets.  Highlight in your description the pluses.you provide

Some white noise machines will help with traffic noises

Review your pricing again against other short stays maybe you need to adjust.  Review the other descriptions to see if they are highlighting something your not

Then recalculate your expenses and your profit desire based o the actual number of days used,  Sometime a higher price for on demand days and a sale price for low demand will fill up your calendar
