Looking for Affordable Cleaning Crew

With 1 year doing AirBNBs we are looking to find a Cleaning Crew that is accustomed to doing AirBNBs. Meaning instant bookings, quick turnovers. We've been through 4 different companies, that usually get burnt out and want to charge more for cleanings then originally agreed upon.
