Hi Everyone! I am looking to airbnb a property in Mission Beach, San Diego pretty soon. I will manage it remotely, but I need a local contact that can be available to respond to any potential issues at a property within an hour time frame, per San Diego requirements. @Christian3700 , Congrats! Hopefully you’ve already obtained your STRO license from the city of San Diego. According to their STRO website, your property falls into Tier 4 (filing application period has closed).
