DO NOT TRUST "This host" is a 100% scammer from India. He presents himself as a "host" in order to obtain reservations and never sends the payouts to the property owners. he received a reservation from a guest who entered my apartment, and I was never sent a single dollar.

I'm a little confused by your post .

All your listings seem to be set up under your name with various cohosts .

why would a cohost be sending you payments ? 

the payment for any bookings come directly to you as the host with the cohost receiving payment in accordance with the percentage you agree to pay for their services .

i am not sure which cohost you are referring to but hope you get any issues sorted out soon.

Hello Helen, thanks for paying attention to this matter. Thank you for reaching out. As you can see in the previous post I made, I was looking for a host to help list a new property I had recently acquired. I attempted to partner with a supposed host named Elegant homes retreat, who later changed their name to Arya Stay. He created the listing under his profile using our property’s photos and accurate information, as expected. However, after we received the first reservation, he failed to set up the payout so that the funds would be directed to us. Instead, he kept 100% of the payment, rather than the agreed percentage. Later, he claimed that he was unable to send the money due to issues with international transfers, even though I provided him with three different options for making international payments.
