I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy and passionate Air-bnb co-host, for a longer cooperation.
I’ll be renting out my privately used apartment from July 2023- July 2024, as I’ll be on a research fellowship outside of Berlin during that time. The apartment is located in FHain (close to Weberwiese).
Essentially, the apartment is to be perfectly prepared for each next guests. Guests arrive at all days of the week. Check-in times vary, some flexibility is necessary. I’m aiming for longer-term bookings (1 week +), so it likely would be around 4 check ins per month, but based on occupancy shorter bookings (and more check ins) might be possible as well.
Duties:
- Check-in and check-out of guests is automatized - I use a lockbox; so essentially standby in case anything goes wrong.
- Communication with the guests for the coordination of check-in and check-out
- cleaning of the apartment (65 sqm) incl. bathroom and kitchen, cleaning out the dishwasher, etc
- washing bed linen and towels for up to 4 persons (two bedrooms - usually it’s couples staying at my apt)
- the laundry is not to be done in the Whg, but at the provider itself
- carry out small repairs to maintain the good condition of the apartment, if necessary material procurement at the hardware store
- If necessary coordination of craftsmen for larger repairs
- procuring of cleaning materials and consumables for guests
It is an Air-bnb apartment registered with the housing office and otherwise privately used by me.
Initially, I would like to make phone calls and meet applicants in person. Please send me a short application with references, and an idea of price. The remuneration depends on the quality of the overall service, in addition to a basic fee.
Alternatively, also happy to hear suggestions from others on how to best find someone to help me manage the Bnb 🙂
