Looking for co-host near Nevada City, CA

I have a property that has 2 apartments and multiple rooms to host. I would like to find someone who could manage all of my property requests, schedule cleaning, repairs, etc.

I have multiple other businesses and building a campground and simply can't handle it all myself. I would prefer someone who is already a host and would be able to take on more.

This certainly could be someone working remotely.

I absolutely LOVE hosting.

I am a herbalist/holistic nutritionist by training but in the last month have taken to Air BnB hosting and have enjoyed it very much.

When I first began attending college, I took courses in the hospitality field at Ohio State, thinking that one day I would like to run a bed and breakfast.  I truly love making homes beautiful, adding little touches; helping guests feel welcome...I always go the extra yard. I am an excellent communicator..or at least strive to be...always there to answer questions, etc. As you can see by the handful of reviews that I have received, I have been able to establish a very good rapport with my guests.
