@Molly346  You think that you are just going to make money on your apartment while you go travelling for the summer with someone to "flip" the apartment?

Who is going to be paying attention to what is going on there? Who is going to deal with things when a "guest" throws a party for 75 people, disturbs all the neighbors and trashes your home? Who is going to deal with things when the guests plug up the toilet and flood the place? You are going to leave your home gym equipment and tell people to "just move it", as it says in your listing ad, and expect to find it in usable condition when you get back?

Where are you going to store all your personal belongings?
